Proforma- If a title is not available then the line will record as a due, advising the customer as to the reason of non-availability, and not detail RRP/ discount information. Once available the proforma will be released as part of the dues release process. Once the proforma has been paid, a new document will be raised to record the sale and dispatch the goods.


Quotation- If a document/ cost is required for a tender or budget process, regardless of whether the title is available or out of stock, then a quotation will need to be requested. This will detail price and discount to enable the customer to make payment. If the title is out of stock/ NYP at the point that payment is made and the document raised to record the sale and dispatch the goods, the unavailable titles will record. The quotation will not advise the customer of any available items.


Please state at the time of request whether a proforma or quotation is required. Please ensure that all details are provided including contact name and number, and in the case of Export orders, shipping and inco items.
